Notice is hereby given that the Assessor(s) of the Town of  SCIPIO, Cayuga County, has completed the TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL for the current year, and that a copy has been left with the Town Clerk at the Town Offices where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the fourth Tuesday in May.

The Assessors will be in attendance with the TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL BY APPOINTMENT ONLY 315-596-1986:
 May 13th 1-4   May 13th 5-9   June 1 1-4    June 6th 10-2

The Board of Assessment Review will meet on June 6th 4-8pm at the SCIPIO Town Offices located at 3705 State Rt. 34 in said Town, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.

1. Complete Board of Assessment Review Application.Â
2. Submit hard copy of the application and documents supporting your grievance to the Assessor no later than 8pm June 6th for review. The earlier you submit the application and documents the earlier you may schedule. Â
3. After submitting the completed application and supporting evidence, Assessor will review for completeness and schedule appointment. Be sure to include all contact information on application.
