On November 8 2024, Agricola Wind filed an Application for a Permit to Construct a Major Renewable Energy Facility pursuant to Article VIII of the New York State Public Service Law, and Title 16 of NYCRR, Part 1100 (“Application”), seeking a permit from the Office of Renewable Energy Siting and Electric Transmission (“ORES”) to construct a utility-scale wind energy generation facility with up to 99 megawatts (“MW”) in generation capacity in the Towns of Scipio and Venice, Cayuga County, New York (the “Facility”)
