Cayuga County Board of Election has established a new additional voting site at the Fingerlakes Mall for the November Election.  The Fingerlakes mall is a countywide voting site: all Cayuga County registered voters can vote at the Fingerlakes mall, regardless of their district, during Early Voting hours or Election Day.
