  • ZBA Public Hearing, Tuesday, July 5, 2022, 7 pm at Scipio Town Office to hear request for an Area Variance for a proposed deck at 4564 West Lake Rd. Auburn, NY. Tax Map #144.00-1-9.65  (Waterfront District) Scipio Zoning Ordinance Section 4.08A requires a minimum 50' setback from the mean high water mark of Owasco Lake. Proposed placement of deck is approximately 6' from the mean high water mark of Owasco lake.

  • Town of Scipio Town Board Public Hearing, July 13, 2022, 7 pm at Scipio Town Office regarding adoption of proposed Local Law #2 of 2022 to add definitions and provisions for commercial cultivation and processing of cannabis and cannabis products; and to amend the existing front setback for single-family and two-family dwellings in the Waterfront District, and to amend the existing lot width for multi-family dwellings in the Hamlet District within the Town of Scipio Zoning Ordinance. State COVID-19 Testing Clinic in Moravia

will offer regular PCR tests and eventually will offer rapid antigen testing. Appointments can be made for these tests at appointments.bioreference.com/nystatecovidtesting but walk-ins are accepted.
